今早我在市场买来一把新鲜的菠菜,水灵灵的,让人爱不释手。菠菜和鸡蛋搭配,做好的早餐营养丰富,菠菜还能补铁,若说是秋冬更佳的绿叶蔬菜一点也不为过,价格也十分的便宜,因此受到很多人的喜爱,做成菜包子低卡又营养,好吃不长肉

配料表

菠菜一把,盐适量

鸡蛋两个,葱花一把

虾皮一把,鸡精

胡椒粉,耗油

面粉少量

1 ,准备洗干净的菠菜,先把它切成小段,切好收入大碗中,加入适量的盐搅拌均匀,搅匀后腌制十分钟

2, 碗中打入两个鸡蛋,将鸡蛋搅散,热锅放油,油热倒入蛋液,用筷子搅成鸡蛋碎,将鸡蛋煎成凝固的状态就可以了,盛出来备用

3 ,菠菜也腌制好了,用力攥出里面多余的水分,尽量攥得干净一些,方便下一步更好地操作,攥出来的菠菜汁不要倒掉,留着备用

4 ,接着我们来调味,把煎好的鸡蛋加进来,加一把葱花,一把虾皮提鲜,鸡精、胡椒粉、耗油,先把它搅拌均匀

5 ,搅匀后加入少量的面粉,继续搅拌均匀,面粉别加多了,会影响口感,能抱住团就行

6 ,做好的菜团先裹上一层面粉,再蘸上菠菜汁,然后再裹上面粉,像这样重复两三遍就可以了
