农村摘黄花菜视频很多人对“叶酸”的印象可能还认为是备孕的准妈妈才需要补充的,常常搞出“大乌龙”。
周末我捧了一箱快递上楼,碰到邻居大妈问是啥,我说是箱黄花菜,补充叶酸的,结果大妈还以为我正在备孕,晚些时候往我家送了不少吃的过来说让我补补身体,邻居太热情了。
真不是暖暖在备二胎,其实这箱补叶酸的黄花菜,是给我们全家吃的,尤其是我婆婆,叶酸也不是只能备孕的准妈妈吃,其实它还是个被低估的【健康高手】,对中老年人尤其有用!
补叶酸,好处多多!
叶酸又称为维生素B9,科学家从蔬菜叶子中发现了它,给它命名为“叶酸”。
叶酸是咱们人体造血系统必备的营养素,但单靠自身是无法在人体内合成的,需要通过饮食摄取,一旦摄入不足导致叶酸缺乏,会引发一些列的健康问题。
叶酸与咱们任何一个人的生活都息息相关。
不光是备孕的准妈妈会服用叶酸来预防胎儿畸形;儿童贫血、免疫力低下时也有可能是缺乏叶酸。
以及中老年人,之前刊登在国际权威杂志《中风》上的一项研究,再次点名表扬了叶酸:适量补充叶酸,可以调节血压,预防中风,对部分高血压患者来说尤其重要。
●降血压:人体缺少叶酸的摄入,容易导致血液中的同型半胱氨酸含量升高,它鱼心血管疾病密切相关。
补充叶酸,可以帮助将同型半胱氨酸代谢清除,有助于保护血管健康。
●防中风:中风与血清中的左旋肉碱水平呈负相关,而叶酸水平有显著的调节作用,之前咱北京卫视节目组就有专家建议40岁以上的人,补充叶酸调节血压、预防中风。
●防老痴:医学研究发现,适量补叶酸,有助减缓认知衰退,降低患老痴的风险。
食物中的“天然叶酸”!
当然啦,补充也不能超标,人体对叶酸的补充有两个来源,一个是合成叶酸,需要在医生的指导下服用,否则容易超标。
另一个就是天然叶酸,从食物中摄取叶酸。
2020年《中国临床合理补充叶酸多学科专家共识》推荐,补充叶酸的更好措施是平衡膳食:每日摄入400克蔬菜,其中有200克绿叶蔬菜,再加上300克水果,叶酸的需求就可以得到满足。
这里就不得不提一提咱们文章开头,暖暖说到的黄花菜。
黄花菜(也叫金针菜)的蔬菜叶酸含量在排名榜上那是夺得榜首,它的叶酸含量高达841.3微克/100克,比苋菜还要高2倍之多!
尤其黄花菜里富含丰富的卵磷脂,难怪它常常被人们称作“健脑菜”!煲汤、炒菜时放上一把,特别的美味。

鸡蛋/暖暖严选有机黄花菜
韭菜 /木耳/胡萝卜/ 豆芽/ 粉丝
米醋/ 酱油/ 味精/ 油盐
做法

食材处理:韭菜洗净切成长段;黄花菜、粉丝、木耳提前用冷水泡发;胡萝卜切;豆芽洗净沥干水分备用。

炒鸡蛋:取一只大碗,打入4个鸡蛋,锅中加少许底油,将打散的鸡蛋放入锅中,摊成3大张的鸡蛋饼,然后用筷子夹成大小均匀的大块,倒出备用即可。
大厨窍门:鸡蛋摊至凝固即可盛出,否则就容易老。

加辅料:锅中补充底油爆香葱姜,然后按照耐火性依次下入胡萝卜片煸炒、然后加入加了米醋的豆芽,中火快速煸炒。
大厨窍门:加醋可以让豆芽熟的快更脆口,还没有生腥味。

调味完成:待豆芽稍塌秧后,加入黄花菜和木耳炒至干巴,然后下入鸡蛋,1勺酱油顺着锅边淋上一圈,加点盐、味精、加入提前浸泡好的粉丝翻炒,出锅前加入切好的韭菜段关火,将其炒散即可。
